The colors looks beautiful and the contrast between her hair and and the rest of the scenery is a eyecatcher and a well placed focal point. That being said I do feel that some of the colors could have been clearer/stronger, they feel slightly diluted. If you look at [link] for comparison you can see what I mean. If you disagree then thats fine, I won't argue.
Love the depth of the image. The deeper parts of the sea I find particularly intriguing, its threatening, alluring and unknown. However I do like the scale and the mood shift as you get closer to the ocean surface. There the wonders of the ocean seems to shine trough.
The perspective is another aspect of this I really like. I'm terrible at perspective so It always amazes me when people do detailed pieces like these in a interesting angle. I like the frogs eye view here, it helps with the portrayal of depth and includes so many aspects of the ocean. Another thing I like is that this painting keeps the character anonymous and a part of the scenery.
The details are lovely all around, her tail is is kind of eel like which I think was a good call, certainly makes the mermaid interesting.
Overall I really like this, the atmosphere and execution is really well done, great work mate.
